Description

You will design and execute manual and automated test cases within an agile development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases across the application lifecycle.
• Generate and document comprehensive test plans, strategies, and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into testable scenarios.
• Manage issue tracking, defect management, and post-deployment validation.
• Build environment-specific test suites for DEV, UAT, QAT, and PRE-PROD.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Client.
• Ability to write SQL and P-SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with UAT, System Integration, and Regression testing.
• Knowledge of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC).
• Experience with ADA Compliance testing tools such as AccVerify or JAWS.
• Ability to work in person in downtown Lansing 2 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium, Provar, or Katalon.
• Experience using Azure DevOps Testing Module.
• Mobile App testing for iOS and Android.
