Description

Own quality assurance and testing within the Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem. You will execute testing protocols, validate complex Salesforce objects, and manage documentation in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing protocols for Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
• Create and utilize detailed test scripts to validate system functionality.
• Validate Salesforce objects including flows, Lightning components, and Apex code.
• Manage testing workflows and documentation within Azure DevOps.
• Apply QA best practices to ensure software quality and stability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce QA and testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps Test Suite.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce objects, flows, Lightning, and Apex.
• Experience working with AppExchange packages.
• Strong understanding of testing and QA best practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Lansing, MI.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Selenium or other test automation tools.
• 4+ years of experience with in-contact testing.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL.
