Description

Design and implement test interfaces for next-generation CGM transmitters while improving existing product validation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify test interfaces to validate new or modified firmware features for CGM transmitters.
• Create test plans, test reports, and traceability matrices within an FDA-regulated quality environment.
• Perform initial debugging by reviewing configuration files, logs, and code to determine breakdown sources.
• Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report issues to software developers.
• Identify and implement engineering and quality process improvements to drive gross margin.

Required Skills

• 2-5+ years of object-oriented programming experience in Java or C#.
• Hands-on experience with automated test development and frameworks.
• Understanding of embedded firmware/software and wireless protocols.
• Ability to execute existing test cases and develop test interfaces.
• Knowledge of low-power systems design and implementation principles.
• Familiarity with analog and digital hardware interfaces and software operating systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols.
• Embedded device testing experience.
