Description

You will manage testing lifecycles for JAVA J2EE applications in an Agile environment. You own the quality process from requirements gathering through User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test scripts and comprehensive test plans.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Gather requirements and facilitate meetings to define business needs.
• Develop user stories and document business process workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical user stories for development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience supporting JAVA J2EE application development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing test scripts and test plans.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and workflow documentation.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with Health and Human Services or other State Agencies.
