Description

You manage testing lifecycles for Java J2EE applications in an Agile environment, owning quality from requirements through User Acceptance Testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test scripts and comprehensive test plans.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Gather requirements and facilitate meetings to define business needs.
• Translate business needs into technical user stories for development teams.
• Document business process workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience supporting Java J2EE application development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing test scripts and test plans.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and workflow documentation.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
