Description

Job Summary:

1. Experience in Manual and Automated testing of desktop or web applications that interface with hardware systems using various communication protocols. 2. Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python scripting. 3. Familiarity with PLC logic and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA). 4. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. 5. Experience in system-level testing. 6. Ability to prepare comprehensive test plans. 7. Proficiency in designing effective test cases using established test design techniques. 8. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. 9. Experience in test execution, defect reporting, and generating clear test documentation. 10. Ability to analyze test logs and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 11. Experience working with databases, executing queries, and using tools such as SQL Developer.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Participate in sprint planning meetings 2. Write a test plan and derive test cases for assigned sprint items. 3. Test execution and reporting as per sprint plan. 4. Automate the testing of newly implemented features 5. Maintain the automation code base.
