Description

You will act as the first customer for enterprise and cloud-managed WiFi products, identifying complex bugs that autonomous testing frameworks miss.

Responsibilities

• Identify and catch edge-case bugs that bypass autonomous testing frameworks.
• Develop creative test scenarios to simulate real-world customer environments and break product functionality.
• Design comprehensive test methodologies and detailed test plans.
• Perform server-side validations and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Validate distributed systems focusing on scalability, elasticity, availability, and fault-tolerance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in testing and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals across the OSI stack.
• Strong experience with Linux systems and networking tools.
• Proficiency with SQL and database validation.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and GCP.
• Experience with Hadoop, HDFS, HBase, Spark, and Kafka.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex software environments.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Python scripting experience.
• Experience with performance testing, including load, stress, and capacity tests.
• Experience with wired or wireless networks.
