Description

You will own test planning, automation, and system integration for mission-critical software components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test plans, cases, and processes across the full software life cycle.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python.
• Build and manage test environments, including Linux systems and network components.
• Perform integration, acceptance, performance, load, and security testing.
• Track and resolve software problem reports and provide dispatch system support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Proficiency in test automation development using Python.
• Experience with performance, load, and stress testing.
• Knowledge of code coverage tools to measure test effectiveness.
• Experience with systems integration testing and data interface testing.
• Ability to install, configure, and manage Linux systems and software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JIRA or Git for change control.
• Agile software development experience.
