Own end-to-end test coverage for complex financial systems, ensuring rigorous validation of business logic, integrations, and user journeys.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map financial requirements to detailed test cases in qTest, establishing rigorous audit trails and logical asset structures.
• Design and execute end-to-end scenarios, regression cycles, and continuity plan tests to validate system integrity after deployments.
• Identify, triage, and track defects in Jira, linking them directly to qTest cases for full compliance and transparent history.
• Partner with configurators and business stakeholders to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rapidly resolve complex software defects.
• Prepare test status dashboards, analyze quality trends, and author concise test documentation, summaries, and defect reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, including strong knowledge of STLC phases (SIT, regression, UAT).
• Hands-on expertise with tier-one treasury management systems (GTreasury or RippleTreasury) and bank connectivity verification.
• Proficiency in test management and tracking tools: qTest and Jira are mandatory.
• Practical experience with test automation frameworks, specifically Playwright, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter or NeoLoad.
• Working knowledge of GitLab CI and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong scripting skills in TypeScript, Java, or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience verifying Oracle PeopleSoft or on-premise ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with service virtualization tools.
