Description

You will own the implementation and execution of software quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, and policies aligned with industry best practices.
• Plan, design, and execute repeatable test cases and automation scripts across various applications.
• Monitor, triage, and escalate software incidents following established incident management processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and embed preventive actions via automated tests.
• Continuously study, optimize, and automate existing software test methods and tools.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience using test cases and documenting tests for end-users.
• Proficiency in software testing, including negative and positive scenario testing.
• Experience with test regression and application testing from multiple angles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop test plans in a team setting.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticket tracking/project management software.
• Technical proficiency in Software Development and SQL querying.
• Ability to translate conceptual customer needs into functional specifications for developers.
• Self-directed ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Software Automation Testing.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and Cloud environments.
