Description

• Design and write clean, high-quality test cases that thoroughly verify product functionality.
•  Conduct manual testing for systems, networks, applications, databases, and software.
•  Write and manage test cases, test plans, and bug reports using JIRA
•  Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
•  Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
•  Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
•  Log and document errors in the tracking system.
•  Prepare reports to communicate test outcomes and quality findings.
•  Draft and maintain Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
•  Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience of testing Windows/Desktop based application is must.
• +2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
