Description

You will own the test strategy, automation framework, and validation lifecycle for complex medical device systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, integration, system-level, and performance test plans for medical devices.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous validation and release.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and collaborate with cross-functional teams on resolution.
• Produce test reports, traceability matrices, and validation documentation aligned with regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in medical device testing, system validation, or software quality engineering.
• Proficiency in automation scripting with Python or C/C++.
• Strong understanding of system-level testing across hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and automated test pipelines.
• Familiarity with verification & validation processes and defect tracking systems.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and system-level debugging.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within regulated medical device environments.
• Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and prior mentoring experience.
