Description

You will own the quality and test automation strategy for a new digital banking platform, ensuring rigorous coverage across engineering squads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automated test coverage for mobile and web applications.
• Build and maintain testing frameworks and infrastructure from the ground up, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Triage, debug, and resolve issues while conducting root cause analysis and test escape reviews.
• Review code PRs and champion a test mindset across unit, integration, functional, and non-functional testing layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or related engineering roles.
• Proven experience developing automated testing frameworks and validation tools for mobile applications.
• Proficiency with mobile automation tools including Cucumber, Appium, and Detox.
• Experience testing mobile applications and browsers on physical devices and simulators for iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience with web technologies including HTTP, XML, REST, HTML, and JS REACT.
• Hands-on experience working within an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian toolset.

Preferred Skills

• Strong programming skills in Java, with additional experience in Javascript.
• Previous experience in application development and mobile build/deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of non-functional testing such as accessibility and client-side performance.
