Description

You will own the quality assurance process within an Agile team, ensuring products meet quality standards and user requirements before release. You will execute test cases, report defects, and contribute to the continuous deployment cycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software meets quality standards.
• Identify, track, and report defects and issues found during testing.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases and scripts.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to scope testing activities and ensure thorough coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Selenium for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to comprehend requirements and prepare test datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
