Description

Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI and REST APIs to ensure comprehensive end-to-end functional coverage.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium Java for UI and Rest Assured with TestNG for REST APIs.
• Develop SQL queries to validate database integrity using automation tools.
• Execute hands-on testing of Microservices and REST APIs, including automation and integration testing.
• Review requirements and design documents to create detailed test plans, strategies, and accurate work execution estimates.
• Blend automated and manual testing strategies to ensure quality without compromising delivery speed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Selenium Java, Rest Assured, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Strong SQL skills for building queries and validating databases through automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microservice and REST API testing (REST/JSON).
• Familiarity with Postman and Ready API for API testing.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, Stash, and Bamboo.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manual testing strategies alongside automation.
