Description

Manage end-to-end testing activities for retail domain projects and services. Define test strategies, estimations, and approaches. Execute functional, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing using defined test data. Maintain the QA documentation database for bugs and incidents, tracking status and resolutions. Collaborate with development teams and third-party vendors to debug and resolve issues. Coordinate deployment plans and report execution progress to stakeholders. Perform peer reviews and conduct test plan walkthroughs for management sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, estimations, approaches, phases, and comprehensive test plans.
• Execute QA activities including functional, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Manage the QA documentation database for all bugs and incidents, tracking status and resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams and third-party vendors to analyze, debug, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate deployment plans and report execution progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and QA activities.
• Proficiency in Test Strategy, Test Estimation, and Test Approach definition.
• Hands-on experience testing NuCommerce Point Of Sale and JDA Point Of Sale systems.
• Experience with Test Design, Test Execution, and Test Plan reporting.
• Knowledge of retail domain processes and end-to-end testing workflows.
• Ability to manage quality timelines and maintain QA documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
