Description

You will own the validation of Arista WiFi cloud architecture and related product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Gather technical requirements and participate in design reviews with development and support teams.
• Own features and products, acting as the subject matter expert and primary contact for field escalations.
• Reproduce reported issues locally and drive resolutions by coordinating across multiple teams.
• Design and deploy complex network simulations in dedicated Wi-Fi labs.
• Test end-to-end solutions, including interoperation between APs and enterprise clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting wired or wireless networks and debugging complex software.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with RF and L1 intricacies, WiFi6E, WiFi6, and WiFi5 features.
• Proven expertise in creating test methodologies and writing detailed test plans.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals across the entire OSI stack.
• Strong knowledge with Linux systems and associated networking tools.
• Experience handling customer escalation and debugging live network issues in complex deployments.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Wi-Fi labs at scale.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQL.
