Description

You will own the quality assurance and automation of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using JavaScript (Jest) and Java (Cucumber).
• Conduct API testing against endpoints using Insomnia and Postman.
• Perform SQL queries to validate data integrity and support database testing.
• Manage defects and track progress using Jira, communicating issues to development teams.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance with a focus on testing and automation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript automation using Jest.
• Strong proficiency in Java automation using Cucumber.
• Experience with API testing tools, specifically Postman and Insomnia.
• Solid understanding of SQL for database testing.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based testing environments.
• Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
