Description

You will perform testing and quality assurance across mobile and desktop platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause and decision analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Establish process mapping to improve testing workflows.
• Conduct end-user training and software demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing results.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Business proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing).
