Description

Manage end-to-end mobile sample collections, user trials, and regulatory compliance for mobile device projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobile sample collection, storage, and transportation processes.
• Manage user trial operations including participant recruitment, consent, and data collection.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, and logistics teams to execute trials.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update setup procedures as required.
• Provide regular project status reports to management.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements including GCP, GLP, and GMP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, decision analysis, and process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Professional training in data management, analysis, or user experience research.
• Business proficiency in both Korean and English.
