Description

You will lead the software quality assurance testing processes and manage personnel to ensure software integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop Software QA testing processes, including STLC procedures, use case generation, and detailed test plans.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, defect reviews, testing schedules, and ongoing project workflows.
• Identify bugs and issues through rigorous testing of new and updated systems, including user interface and functional requirement evaluation.
• Maintain critical documentation such as Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrices, and defect registers.
• Coordinate bug fixes and software enhancements directly with development teams.
• Oversee the automation of manual testing to improve accuracy and reduce execution time.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
• Experience managing Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Expertise in defect tracking and issue management.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and use cases.
• Experience managing testing schedules and team workloads across multiple projects.
• Ability to produce test results and performance dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
