Description

Lead software quality assurance processes and manage personnel to ensure software integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain STLC procedures, use case generation, and detailed test plans.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, defect reviews, testing schedules, and project workflows.
• Identify bugs through rigorous manual testing of user interfaces and functional requirements.
• Maintain critical documentation including Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrices, and defect registers.
• Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teams and oversee manual testing automation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
• Experience managing Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Expertise in defect tracking and issue management.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and use cases.
• Experience managing testing schedules and team workloads across multiple projects.
• Ability to produce test results and performance dashboards.
