Description

Lead localization quality assurance projects, mentor leads, and ensure high-quality localized content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute LQA projects, managing task prioritization and interdependencies across varying scales.
• Mentor and coach LQA Leads on quality assurance practices and professional development.
• Collaborate with developers and automation specialists to define testing requirements and execute test plans.
• Manage external test vendors by communicating requirements and assessing performance.
• Triage bugs, track progress in JIRA, and provide detailed quality reports and metrics to management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QE, QA, or LQA roles.
• Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with Selenium, JavaScript, and Python.
• Ability to perform scripting automation tasks.
• Proficiency using JIRA for activity tracking and GitHub for version control.
• Strong test planning and quality assurance expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation frameworks such as BrowserStack or Appium.
