Description

You will focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the banking domain, ensuring software quality across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for various software functionalities based on analyzed requirements.
• Prepare and follow run plans throughout the testing process to validate core banking systems.
• Manage the defect lifecycle using tracking tools, ensuring issues are resolved before release.
• Collaborate with development teams to align testing strategies with business needs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software testing, specifically in banking environments.
• Practical knowledge of core banking systems or loan origination systems.
• Understanding of banking domains including loans, deposits, CIF, and CASA.
• Proficiency in manual testing and SQL for data validation.
• Experience using Jira or HP ALM for defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
