Description

Lead testing efforts, create automation scripts, and mentor junior team members on testing frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual and automation test scripts for GUI, services, and database validation.
• Develop automation scripts for integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain regression test suites and log or track defects.
• Analyze system requirements and perform data validation.
• Mentor junior team members on automation and testing frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, UFT, Maven, or Ready API.
• Strong knowledge of functional, non-functional, end-to-end, and regression testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation testing and test automation frameworks.
• Experience with database testing and data validation.
• Practical understanding of Agile and SCRUM workflows.
• Experience working within continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments.
• Knowledge of programming languages.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
