Description

You will execute manual and automated testing to support the rollout of new software systems within Agile environments. This role involves identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with ADA and PCI standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual, system, load, and Selenium testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using established bug tracking processes.
• Report technical findings and test results clearly to direct managers and project stakeholders.
• Operate within SCRUM or SAFe Agile frameworks to support continuous delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual and system testing.
• Proficiency with Load Testing and Selenium Testing tools.
• Strong understanding of Bug Tracking processes and defect lifecycle management.
• Practical experience working in SCRUM or SAFe Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using X-ray for test management.
• Programming proficiency in Python and C#.
