Description

You will own test strategies and plans for projects of varying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test scripts to verify functionality against requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather requirements, review application design, and manage deployments.
• Secure and maintain repeatable test data while documenting and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Lead QA activities by allocating tasks, establishing team standards, and managing the requirements traceability matrix.
• Identify and escalate project risks and impediments to leadership to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and writing test scripts.
• Experience using Jira and Zephyr for test management.
• Knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of web and client-server testing best practices.
• Knowledge of CMMI and ISO standards.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Quality Assurance Software Testing (CTFL, etc).
