Description

Design and oversee automation strategies and testing frameworks for web, API, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor testing teams while managing daily staff utilization.
• Own the end-to-end automation process using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Integrate Jira with TOSCA to automate bug reporting and track defect lifecycles.
• Provide KPI data and trend reporting to IT management and stakeholders.
• Implement advanced testing techniques within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• 7+ years of experience as a QA Lead specializing in Tricentis TOSCA.
• Proficiency in TOSCA scripting languages including JavaScript, TSL, and Python.
• Expertise in Web, API, and database testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and best practices.
• Experience with Jira integration and automated reporting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and advanced testing techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology certifications.
• Exposure to SAP S/4 and ECC data structures.
