Description

Own the automation architecture and release quality for enterprise Corporate and Financial systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and REST Assured.
• Define standards for in-sprint automation, API-first testing, and release validation.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines and integrate continuous quality gates with GitLab.
• Validate end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts.
• Mentor teams on test design patterns, AI-assisted testing, and Agile QE practices.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in test automation and framework architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium, and REST API testing.
• Experience with cloud test execution platforms (LambdaTest, SauceLabs, or TestGrid).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and GitLab integration.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, qTest).
• Background in integration testing, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of Telecom Regulatory or SOX compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted testing solutions.
• Domain knowledge in financial processes or telecom backend systems.
