Description

Lead quality engineering activities within an Agile environment, focusing on front-end UI and back-end service validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead QE activities including test strategy development and risk-based testing approaches.
• Prepare test cases and perform story point estimation during sprint planning.
• Execute front-end UI testing and back-end testing for databases, APIs, and services.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage bug logging and report sprint-wise or monthly metrics on execution and automation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong Core Java programming skills.
• Proficiency with Selenium and TestNG frameworks.
• Experience with API automation and testing.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and AWS Lambda.
• Knowledge of Kafka messaging.
• Experience using Maven and Git for source control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Octopus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
