Key Skills: Unified Function Testing (UFT), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SAP Systems, Test Case Execution, Regression Testing, Defect Management, System Testing, Requirements Analysis

Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process integration across SAP systems (ECC, CRM, APO, EWM), problem solving techniques, application design and architecture principles, system integration experience, test automation tools, and enterprise application systems experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute regression testing and drive script optimization to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Define comprehensive test strategies and oversee test execution for complex enterprise applications.
• Manage defect lifecycle processes and ensure traceability of test cases throughout the testing cycle.
• Validate critical business scenarios across integrated systems to ensure quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners for testing readiness.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guide testing teams in implementing best practices.
• Support automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives within the testing framework.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of testing challenges.
• Execute test cases, analyze test results and report findings to stakeholders regularly.
• Participate in testing system's ability to recover from hardware or software failures.

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing with overall work experience of 6 to 7 years. Significant experience in software testing, test management tools, and enterprise systems required
