Description

Lead quality engineering activities for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile delivery model.

Plan and drive in-sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-based solutions for test generation, prioritization, defect trend analysis, and quality reporting.
• Coordinate functional and automation testing using Selenium, Java, and REST APIs.
• Manage test execution on cloud platforms for faster feedback and scalability.
• Enable CI/CD pipeline integration and continuous quality gates.
• Track quality metrics, risks, and readiness for production rollout.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership.
• Hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams with automation and AI-driven quality insights.
• Strong proficiency with Selenium, Java, and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud test execution platforms (Lambda, Test grid, SauceLabs, etc.).
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, qTest).
• Exposure to Gitlab and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with integration testing and data validation across multiple systems.
• Strong knowledge in Telecom rating & billing, revenue assurance, and corporate finance workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing.
