Own end-to-end manual and automated testing for releases, driving quality gates and exit criteria across digital flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST API frameworks.
• Lead in-sprint Agile testing activities, representing QE in planning, estimation, and risk discussions.
• Validate user stories early, ensuring detection of defects before release and maintaining automation stability.
• Mentor junior engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI-assisted testing solutions to accelerate test generation, smart selection, and self-healing concepts.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in E2E digital flow testing and automation across Mobile, Web, and bots.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or Typescript for test development.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST API frameworks.
• Intermediate knowledge (2-3 years) of Mobile automation using Appium and Test Grid/Tosca.
• 2-4 years of manual testing expertise with SQL knowledge for transaction and user flow data validation.
• Proficiency with Gitlab, CI/CD tools, JIRA, and Qtest.
• Understanding of validation checks for auth, payments, order flows, middleware interactions, and backend integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools for failure insights and optimization.
