Description

You will lead testing efforts and manage a small team of 3–4 junior testers.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate all testing activities.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
• Perform regression testing and monitor debugging process results.
• Liaise with developers and product managers to define requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience with REST or Microservices testing.
• Working knowledge of BDD/Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of testing processes.
