Description

You will own end-to-end manual and automated testing for assigned releases, ensuring quality gates and exit criteria are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST API frameworks.
• Lead testing activities for modules, owning quality gates and driving in-sprint Agile testing.
• Validate user stories early in the sprint to ensure early detection of defects.
• Optimize automation stability and leverage AI-assisted solutions for test generation and self-healing.
• Mentor junior engineers, review automation code, and drive QE standards and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in E2E digital flow testing and automation across Mobile, Web, and bots.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or Typescript for test development.
• Strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright for web automation.
• 2-3 years of intermediate experience with Appium for mobile automation.
• 2-4 years of manual testing expertise with a focus on transaction and user flow data.
• SQL knowledge for validating backend integrations and data integrity.
• Experience with GitLab, CI/CD tools, JIRA, and Qtest.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of customer journey flows, middleware interactions, and backend integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing concepts such as smart test selection and failure insights.
