Description

Lead end-to-end test strategy and execution for HR and corporate systems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test scope, approach, resources, and schedules for complex programs.
• Implement test automation frameworks and scripts to drive automation strategy.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across multiple projects.
• Manage the defect lifecycle and perform root cause analysis for process improvements.
• Mentor team members and champion testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• 3-5 years in a test lead or management role.
• Extensive experience testing HR systems including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Proven experience implementing Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) frameworks.
• Proficiency with Cucumber and Selenium.
• Experience with Rest Assured, Playwright, or PACT Js.
• Experience using test management tools such as JIRA and Xray.
