Description

Lead QA activities and manage testing lifecycles within the US healthcare domain. You will coordinate between onshore and offshore resources to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead a QA team and coordinate testing activities across distributed resources.
• Develop and execute test scripts to identify defects within the SDLC.
• Prepare industry-standard test cases, execution results, and comprehensive testing reports.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze software behavior and validate functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software testing expertise.
• 2+ years of extensive experience handling claims within the US healthcare domain.
• Deep understanding of healthcare payor functions.
• Basic knowledge or work experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Aptitude for picking up automation tasks during engagements.
• Proficiency with Agile development software.
• Strong document and report writing skills.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS) for test management.
