Job Responsibilities include:
Develop and manage automatic transmission control software features using C-code and MATLAB/Simulink.
Coordinate requirements, changes, and validations with HIL and calibration teams.
Perform software testing and validation, ensuring quality metrics such as coverage and performance are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Support software releases, documentation, and lifecycle processes including test reports and calibration guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable and high-quality transmission control solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in automatic transmission software development and control systems.
Hands-on expertise in C programming and MATLAB/Simulink (including Stateflow) for developing and testing transmission control algorithms.
Strong experience with software testing, validation metrics, and Agile development processes, along with the ability to coordinate with calibration and HIL teams for end-to-end delivery
