Lead software verification and validation efforts, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing for an EV OEM.
Responsibilities
- Oversee software testing strategies and execution across verification phases.
- Generate and manage test use cases for model-based development.
- Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks.
- Drive efficiency in software development processes through rigorous validation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software verification and validation.
- Hands-on expertise with MiL (Model-in-Loop) testing.
- Proficient in SiL (Software-in-Loop) testing methodologies.
- Strong background in HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing.
- Experience in test automation and use case generation.
Preferred Skills
- Background in EV manufacturing or automotive software development.
- Leadership experience in managing verification teams.
