Description

Lead verification testing for complex software stacks involving microservices and laboratory automation robotics.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable automated testing frameworks for functional, API, integration, performance, and stress tests.
• Translate software and design specifications into comprehensive test cases to ensure high coverage of critical system areas.
• Lead a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Write maintainable verification protocols, test plans, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage defects by leading bug scrum meetings with stakeholders to prioritize resolution.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as an Automation Software Test Engineer.
• Expertise in Pytest and Selenium frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python and React.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containers and Jenkins scripts.
• Competency with K8S CLI and Linux-based bash CLI.
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative coding workflows.
• Proven experience in leadership, mentoring, and small team management.
• Ability to write formal Verification Test Plans, Protocols, and Reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or IVD-grade regulated environments.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA, CLIA, CEIVD, or IVD.
