Lead Software Verification and Validation efforts, including HiL testing, use case generation, and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee software testing processes across MiL, SiL, and HiL platforms.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness of software development verification workflows.
  • Manage use case generation and automation testing strategies.
  • Lead the Software Verification and Validation team.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Verification and Validation.
  • Hands-on expertise with HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing.
  • Experience with MiL (Model-in-Loop) and SiL (Software-in-Loop) testing.
  • Proven track record in automation testing.
  • Experience in use case generation.

Preferred Skills

  • Leadership experience in a Deputy General Manager or similar senior role.
