Description

You will design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure components and automation solutions within a Full Stack Engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build new data platforms and architecture using scalable, low-latency code.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Python or TypeScript to manage cloud components.
• Orchestrate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and CloudFormation (CDKTF).
• Write code for Snowflake object creation and manage deployments on public cloud providers.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to propose technical implementation approaches and architectural changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in applied software engineering principles.
• 2+ years of Python development experience.
• 2+ years of AWS engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation (CDKTF).
• Ability to deploy Snowflake on public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data storage systems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate advanced technical topics to both technical and non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, Kinesis, Event Bridge, and SNS.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and the trade-offs between different data storage architectures.
