Providing Solace administration and support, with incident and request management handled through ServiceNow. 
• Strong experience in Solace Enterprise Messaging Services, including administration, monitoring, 
troubleshooting, problem resolution, and change management. 
• Installed, configured, and monitored Message VPNs across Development, UAT, and Production 
environments. 
• Performed day-to-day BAU activities including Message VPN creation, client username creation, 
profile configuration, bridge setup, and client connectivity troubleshooting. 
• Troubleshot and resolved production and non-production incidents related to Solace messaging 
infrastructure. 
• Raised and managed vendor support cases with Solace Support for complex issue resolution. 
• Participated in and supported COB (Continuity of Business) / DR (Disaster Recovery) testing across 
multiple regions. 
• Coordinated major infrastructure activities including: 
• Appliance replacement and new appliance build activities 
• SAN migrations 
• Blade replacements 
• SSL certificate renewals 
• Patching and SolOS upgrades 
• Created and managed Queues, Topics, Routes, and Bridges for application messaging requirements. 
• Configured ACLs (Access Control Lists) for queues and topics to enforce secure messaging access. 
• Participated in Solace appliance version upgrades and system maintenance activities. 
• Planned, prepared, and applied maintenance fixes and upgrades for Solace environments. 
• Worked with Linux operating system and tools including Postman, Jira, and Confluence. 
• Collaborated with Network Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve network latency and 
message delivery performance issues. 
• Worked with the Automation team to automate Solace configuration deployment processes. 
• Utilized automation and CI/CD tools such as
• Monitored Solace appliances using Splunk and ITRS monitoring tools. 
• Worked closely with Solace Support to troubleshoot appliance hardware-related issues
