Description

You will administer and support SolarWinds monitoring across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer SolarWinds modules including NPM, NCM, NTA, VNQM, IPAM, SAM, SRM, and DPA.
• Manage network, server, and application monitoring operations and support.
• Execute transitions and migrations between cloud and on-premises environments.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ITSM and event management platforms like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience administering SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in scripting with Ksh, Bsh, PowerShell, SQL, and SWQL.
• Strong understanding of SNMP-based monitoring.
• Expertise in network monitoring and infrastructure best practices.
• Knowledge of network elements including VLANs, VPNs, routing, protocols, and IP schemes.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, AIX, Hypervisor, Solaris, and Unix environments.
• Familiarity with database systems including SQL, Oracle, and DB2.
