Own the analysis and design of business solutions within the banking sector, translating business needs into technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and data to inform solution implementation.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Documents (SRD).
• Design technical solutions that align with specific business needs.
• Communicate findings and requirements clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution analysis.
• Mandatory experience working within the banking sector.
• Proven experience with Middleware and API technologies.
• Expertise in solution design and requirement documentation (BRD/SRD).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, Six Sigma, or TOGAF certifications.
