Design and deliver technical solutions that align client business requirements with specific service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business and technical requirements to identify optimal service offerings and evaluate competitive strengths.
• Design scalable solutions using standard elements and minor customizations to meet scope and service level agreement objectives.
• Develop detailed cost models, assumptions, and service descriptions while documenting mitigation strategies for identified risks.
• Lead solution pursuit activities by communicating inter-tower dependencies, volume overlaps, and integration points.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical or consultative selling.
• Proven experience in the IT industry with a focus on solution design.
• Direct experience with DaaS and PC Services.
• Ability to create detailed cost models and service descriptions.
• Strong capability in risk identification and mitigation documentation.
• Experience conducting due diligence and integrating findings into solution architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience.
