Description

You will design and implement a scalable software platform to support customer experience, field operations, and new service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable software applications.
• Document high-level and low-level designs, including flow diagrams and UML sequence diagrams.
• Define and write API specifications.
• Support technical development teams through an Agile process to maintain velocity and quality.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks using architectural best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software design and architecture.
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture and event streaming platforms like Kafka or Red Panda.
• Proficiency in API integrations and flow orchestration.
• Experience with network and customer data models.
• Working knowledge of Agile processes.
• Background in Telecom specifications including Broadband Forum, USP data models, and TR-069.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of prpl (prplfoundation.org).
