Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation by designing scalable network simulation architectures and managing product backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design highly optimized, scalable network simulation architectures.
• Own the product roadmap, release plans, and backlog grooming using agile methodologies.
• Derive epics and user stories from client discussions and stakeholder requirements.
• Drive technical ownership by interfacing with release verification and infrastructure teams.
• Lead requirement negotiation and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and delivery meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience using agile practices within telecom platforms, SDN, or NFV.
• 6 to 8 years of experience across SDN, NFV, and NMS/EMS areas.
• Strong expertise in Java, Java EE, and EJB.
• Deep domain knowledge of Telecom networks including LTE, WRAN, GRAN, Core, and Transport.
• Experience with network management systems and O&M interfaces.
• Proficiency in telecom protocols such as SNMP, Netconf over SSH/TLS, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with Linux network stacks, Unix, Shell, and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of YAML and microservices deployment using Docker or KVM and OpenStack.
• Experience with system analysis and implementation using Erlang, C, or C++.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing enterprise applications for containerized or virtualized environments.
