Description

You will design, build, and deliver technical solutions within an Agile team. You own the architecture for products and projects, ensuring robust integration and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical solution architecture for products and projects.
• Develop and configure the FinancialForce PSA tool via the managed package.
• Build custom solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns.
• Manage business process configuration, testing coordination, and scheduled releases.
• Collaborate with business systems analysts, developers, and SMEs to drive solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with FinancialForce or Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS including Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in table and relationship design and query optimization.
• Proficiency in declarative Salesforce development (Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules).
• Proficiency in programmatic Salesforce development (Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages).
• Experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
• Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage projects and coordinate across onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong analytical skills for holistic root-cause analysis across the stack.
