Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced NLP and cognitive search solutions focused on AI-driven intelligent systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI solutions integrating LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG methodologies.
• Lead development using Python to prototype and productionize AI agents and workflows.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems combining vector search, knowledge graphs, and LLMs.
• Architect Agentic AI systems for autonomous tasks by chaining actions and integrating external APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for AI and NLP projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in relevant technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend or AI service development.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph frameworks.
• Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience designing and implementing agentic AI architectures or multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with LLMs, knowledge graphs, and vector search engines (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of NLP concepts and prompt engineering.
